Good communication and very accommodating with dates times. Repair work was done efficiently and to an excellent standard. Only feedback would be that on the day two people turned up (one was a trainee) which I was not told about. They were both very polite and I didn’t mind the trainee being there however I think out of courtesy I should have been told.

Excellent service. My iPhone battery needed replacing. They arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done and replaced the battery in 15 minutes. They tested it and it works perfectly. They even followed up with a courtesy call the following day to ensure no other issues. Brilliant.

I bought a new mobile phone and couldn’t manage to retrieve the information from my old phone because another repairer had damaged it. A friend told us about Ben and highly recommended him. He came to our home and was able to retrieve everything from the old phone and set up the new one for me. He also got the damaged old phone to work. He was really nice and helpful and I’m very pleased with the whole service that I received.
